It has been cold and rainy, Sally and I have been snuggling in our custom cozies and cuddle cups mentioned in the previous post. Today we met someone new:
(Sally) While I was dreaming lovely dreams of lettuce…. I awoke with a start to a woof woof woof woof woof woof woof noise. ROSY POSE! WAKE UP!
Rosy Pose awoke with a start. Sally and Rosy Pose ran to the other side of the cage and saw a great big THING!
(Sally) How will we get over?
(Rosy Pose) Watch me!
And Rosy Pose did one of her Great Guinea Pig Jumps… THUMP!
(Rosy Pose) See, Sally? It’s really easy!
(Sally) I’ll join you a little later…
And off Rosy Pose went… approaching the scary monster!!
Sally jumped over right in front of Rosy Pose, and they began sniffing the strange thing.
(Sally) This foot smells like something, an animal- what’s it called?
(Sally) Hello, what is your name?
(Thing) I’m Big Dog, woof woof woof
(Sally) Hello Big Dog, I’m Sally the guinea pig and there’s my adopted sister Rosy Pose.
(Rosy Pose) Hello, Big Dog!
Sally and Rosy Pose played lots of games with Big Dog.
And then it was time to go home.
(Sally) Goodbye, Big Dog!
(Rosy Pose) We’ll visit you again soon!
(Big Dog) Goodbye, Sally and Rosy Pose! woof woof woof woof!
